I can't have too many days left running with Matt before he heads west. I spent the short time giving him a hard time. I didn't push the running pace or distance. I provided a steady stream of my work "advice". He could have stepped up the pace and left my genius in the dust, but he too good of a guy.
It was cool out there running, but in the sun it felt nice. There was a pretty good amount of ice on the Charles. I probably should have just kept my mouth closed more and ran faster.
