Cider ABV

I analyzed the cider that I bottled on Sunday night.  It is 7.3 percent alcohol by volume.  Both the Vanilla Bourbon Stout and the Hard Cider are in the cave bottle conditioning.  The should be ready about the time the sun crosses back over the equator heading our way.
